The Delaware Career Compass is a step-by-step guide to career planning for middle school and high school students. This publication continues to be a great resource for students to discover themselves and then choose a career path. Students will learn about themselves, the world of work, and how they can reach their goals. They will find dozens of opportunities to help them develop the necessary skills to pursue and prosper in their chosen profession.

The Delaware Career Compass is updated annually by the Delaware Department of Labor’s Office of Occupational & Labor Market Information. The publication is available each year in August. An electronic copy of the Career Compass is available here.
